Day 1: Arrival and Half-Day Game Drive

Morning Flight: Depart from Dar es Salaam on a morning flight to Iringa.
Pick Up at Nduli Airport: Upon arrival at Nduli Airport in Iringa, you will be greeted by your guide or driver who will assist you with your luggage.
Breakfast Stop at Neema Craft: On the way to Ruaha National Park, stop at Neema Craft for breakfast. This local café not only serves delicious meals but also supports local artisans by selling their crafts. Enjoy a hearty breakfast while taking in the unique atmosphere.
Drive to Ruaha National Park: After breakfast, continue your journey to Ruaha National Park. The drive takes approximately 1.5 hours (about 120 km) through scenic landscapes that showcase the beauty of Tanzania’s countryside followed by lunch upon arrival
Half-Day Game Drive: Arrive at Ruaha National Park and embark on a half-day game drive. Your guide will take you through various habitats within the park where you can spot wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, and various antelope species. The game drive typically lasts around 4 hours.
Dinner and Overnight Accommodation: After the game drive, check into either Tanapa Bandas or cottages inside the park for dinner and overnight stay. Both accommodations offer comfortable lodging with basic amenities and are strategically located for easy access to wildlife viewing.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive

Full Day Game Drive: Game viewing in Ruaha National Park Full day of safari starting with a sunrise game drive, breakfast in the bush then driving until lunch at the camp: The game viewing will concentrate on the great Ruaha riverbank, Mwagusi Sand River and Mdonya River, ending with a sunset wilderness game drive to sunset.
Packed Lunch: A packed lunch will be provided so that you can enjoy it during your game drive amidst nature without having to return to camp.
Wildlife Viewing Opportunities: Throughout the day, look out for large herds of elephants near rivers, prides of lions resting under trees, and various bird species that inhabit the area. The park is particularly famous for its large population of African wild dogs.
Return to Accommodation: In the late afternoon, return to your accommodation for dinner and relaxation after an exciting day filled with wildlife encounters.

Day 3: Departure

Transfer from Ruaha to Nduli Airport: After breakfast on your final day, check out from your accommodation and begin your transfer back to Nduli Airport.
Morning Flight Back to Dar es Salaam: Arrive at Nduli Airport in time for your scheduled flight back to Dar es Salaam at 10:00 AM. Ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed prior to departure.
